- The purchased subscription, credits, or services must not have been materially used (for example: no or very minimal image/video generations, edits, or other billable actions).
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, where technically possible.

1.2 Non-Refundable Items and Partial Refunds
The following purchases are generally non-refundable:
- Credits or services that have been partially or fully used (for example, you have already generated images/videos, used editor tools, or consumed credits).
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- One-time credit packages (top-ups or add-ons), once they have been delivered to your account.
For subscription plans (e.g., monthly plans):
- Unused subscriptions (no meaningful usage within 7 days) may be eligible for a full refund within the 7-day refund window.
- For partially used subscriptions, refunds are generally not guaranteed. At our sole discretion, we may decline the refund or offer a partial refund or account credit based on factors such as remaining time in the billing period and remaining unused credits or features.
Any portion of a subscription that has already been used (including consumed credits, generations, or other billable usage) is non-refundable.
